These Terms of Service govern your use of the website scaleup.report and all related services provided by SCALEUP Group, s.r.o. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the website at scaleup.report ("Website") and any services offered through it ("Services"), including contact forms, inquiry submissions, and informational content. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately. These Terms are governed by Czech Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (Občanský zákoník), and applicable EU regulations.

The Website is an informational and contact platform for SCALEUP.report, a commercial assessment and investment-intelligence service provided by SCALEUP Group, s.r.o. The Website provides information about the report, its methodology, and how to request an assessment. Specific engagements are subject to separate agreements between SCALEUP Group, s.r.o. and the client. Submission of a form through the Website constitutes an inquiry, not a binding contract. No contractual relationship is formed until both parties execute a separate written agreement or the provider confirms engagement in writing.

3. User Obligations

By using the Website, you agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms and communications; not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Czech or EU law; not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, its servers, or connected systems; not transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code; not scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website without prior written consent; and not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
